An editor may choose whether, and which, mail header is displayed above an e-mail.
- The ‘None’ option is always available. It omits the image and its table row entirely.
- The ‘Default’ option is only present when a mail header PNG exists in the assets folder, in which case it is also selected by default.
- Following ‘Default’, there may be additional mail headers configured by a Quaive consultant in an enterprise installation. If no extra mail headers have been configured, the option group is not displayed at all.
- If any user groups have logos, these will appear in an option group labelled ‘User groups’. Logos are scaled down as necessary to fit a canvas of 100px in height and 795px in width.
Duplication
Duplication can be found in the more menu of a mailing.
- The duplication feature is only relevant for mailings that have already been sent.
- Duplication happens instantly upon clicking ‘Duplicate’.
- The injection statement for the duplicate function has been carefully tuned so that both the sidebar contents and the document body are updated independently.
- A duplicate contains all the contents of the original.
- A duplicate carries all the same metadata as the original, including recipients.
